Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and managing on-location photo and video shoots.
Provide administrative support to the production team.
Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency.
Utilize video and photo editing skills to assist with post-production tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Source license-free music, stock footage/images, and inspiration for video scripts and storyboards.
Assist with daily CRM, Sales & Marketing efforts.
Maintain communication with clients and vendors as needed.

Looking for an AP with both story and logistics experience to join a small team for a new uplifting docu-series. Responsibilities will include: keeping field notes, taking wardrobe photos, wrangling cast, helping with booking locations, and writing daily hot sheets. More than anything, must have a positive, upbeat attitude and enjoy being part of a small, fun crew.

Required Experience:

Three to Ten Years Working for a Production Company: A minimum of one to ten years of experience in a production company setting, demonstrating familiarity with film production processes and workflows. We understand that this is a wide range, and the scope of role is flexible for the right person.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Must be available to work in person in our offices in Chevy Chase MD (Washington DC area)
Duties and Responsibilities:

Research: Engage in comprehensive research for project development, rights clearance, and archival work, ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of our films’ content.
Assist Producers: Collaborate closely with producers to plan and organize all aspects of film production, contributing valuable insights and support throughout the process.
Social Media and Public Relations Support: Play an active role in social media management and public relations initiatives, promoting our films and engaging with our audience.
Shoot Organization and Management: Efficiently organize and manage shoots, coordinating logistics, equipment, and personnel to ensure successful and smooth production operations.

Crime show looking to hire a long-term local Field Associate Producer. Candidates MUST be willing to work as a local in Lawrenceville, GA. Non-local applicants will not be considered unless willing to relocate on their own and specify that in Cover Letter. Previous AP experience is preferred, but not required.

Ideal candidates will be empathetic, take initiative, and be a team player.

The Field AP will be responsible for the daily production needs of the show in your city. Some duties include:

- Procuring personal and location releases

- Obtaining background case materials and photos

- Liaising with the Police Department and maintaining a good working relationship

- Arranging and coordinating follow-up shoots

- Managing and running local Production Office

- Preparing shipments

- General support for Field Producers

- Reconciling company issued credit card used for field expenses

- Media Management

This is a full-time, open-ended position, with benefits (including health insurance, 401k, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation time).

Rate is $30-$37/hour based on 40 hours/week and commensurate with experience.

Field Associate Producer needed for an HGTV House Flipping Competition series, Starting May 28.

Shoots in / around Long Beach, CA until Mid September.
