StreamElements is looking for a temporary, full time Junior Producer to join our creative team and work closely with our producers to execute projects - from inception to completion!

The Junior Producer plays a supportive role in all aspects of the Creative studio’s success; you will coordinate, track, and ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage large complex organizational and execution issues. This involves identifying and fixing bottlenecks, as well as clearing roadblocks both on the day-to-day and in the longer term, provide motivation, progress updates, ensure good communication, and improve best practices. This is a benefits-eligible position.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day production needs of each project
General studio support - desire and ability to help as needed
Work with multiple team members on different projects to ensure deadlines are met
Handling competing priorities effectively
Assist producer/leads with planning, scheduling, and tracking
Work cross-departmentally to provide production support
Assist Content team across all facets of content creation, from preparation to delivery


Requirements:

Willing to take a temporary position for 6 months, with an option to become a permanent employee during/at the end of this period
Minimum 2 years experience in an Associate Producer / Project management role in an agile environment
A can-do attitude with problem-solving
Goal-oriented, pro-active, highly motivated and takes full ownership of projects
Previous experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Asana, G Suite savvy
Ability to work under pressure coupled with working to tight deadlines.
Technical familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects - A plus
Experience with managing 2D and 3D animation pipelines - A plus
