Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Company Director of Short Form Content on all aspects of video and audio production for Website.

• Collaborate with Website editorial teams to produce/shoot/edit timely, relevant video for website. Including, but not limited to: interviews, confessionals, one-off short videos, explainer videos, and web series.

• Collaborate with social media team to produce/shoot/edit videos in various lengths and formats, including Facebook videos, Instagram stories, and other emerging social media platforms.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.

• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.

• Basic understanding of best practices for digital video and audio.

• Familiarity with the digital video and audio landscape (you should watch digital video and listen to podcasts).

• A strong familiarity and enthusiasm for Production Company-produced content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Producer works on all aspects of production from concept to completion, working with a small team of producers and production assistants to complete multiple documentary-style projects simultaneously. You should be able to determine, plan, and manage their day-to-day activities as well as long-term priorities regarding all aspects of the production. You must be able to start with a concept pitch and see it through to a completed project.
