Seeking experienced Associate Producer to work on design based series from field through post. Would prefer someone local to field location in Milwaukee, WI but open to travel for the right candidate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: securing locations, making sure all production releases are complete and properly logged for deliverables, assisting producer and production manager to plan and coordinate field shoots, directing PA while on set, logging and reconciling production receipts, coordinating with producer and talent about filming dates and locations, coordinating with editors, and facilitating showrunner through post cuts and deliveries, and completing rights clearances for final delivery, etc.
Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving production vehicles. Must work well on a team and possess strong communication and time management skills. Must be able to clear a background check to work with minors.
