RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Post producers with content / interview needs
- Work with producers and editors on web content
- Manage day-to-day schedules and assign tasks to Assistant Editors and Post APs
- Manage Calendars
- Assist with the delivery and distribution of internal and network cuts/ screeners
- Assist in the final delivery of content, including network deliverables
- Keep post documents and drives organized, coord. footage coming back from the field
- Conduct release passes on each episode and generate blur lists
- Update Legal/ R&C / S&P Note trackers
- Attend color and mix reviews as needed and take detailed notes, follow up with Assistant Editors to make sure they’re executed
- QC All episodes before delivery to network

REQUIREMENTS
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Previous experience as a Post Coordinator or Post AP
- Must be comfortable in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
- Skilled in Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Avid MediaComposer required
