POSITION:
We are seeking Fan Coordinators based in Phoenix, AZ to join our Events team on the grounds. This role requires very strong communication and exemplary guest relation skills/experience. An in-depth knowledge of television, celebrities and popular entertainment culture is a plus. Reliability is key!
This is a day rate for a 6 hours shift.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Passion and enthusiasm for live entertainment
-Solution oriented, including using good judgment to redirect matters to management team as needed
-Exemplary customer service
-Team player with strong collaboration and problem solving skills
-Effective interpersonal skills
-Ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice while maintaining poise and professionalism
-Great presence and communication with large crowds
-Energy and passion for creating memorable experiences for others
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage Fans at live tapings/live events; inclusive of check-in, wrist banding, and seating
-Communicate effectively and engage with Fans with an awareness of safety standards (including covid guidelines)
-Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize guest engagement while complying with all 1iota policies
