The Audio Assistant (A2) directly assists the Audio Lead (A1) with set up and during the live event.

Audio Assistant (A2) responsibilities include:
Proficient knowledge of broadcasting audio equipment set up and live operations
Acts as the primary liaison between the A1 and audio personnel for FloSports live events, facilitates relocation of spot microphones and connects direct channels into outside audio systems.
Assists FloSports Production as needed
Reliable transportation required

Looking for an experienced BOOTH A2 in Normal, IL on November 23, 25, and 26, 2023 to cover a high school football tournament. Must have live sports experience, specifically football. The 23rd will be a full set day. Games will be held on the 25th and 26th (4 games per day).

Primary responsibilities of the booth A2 include:

• Loading and unloading all equipment to and from the booth
• Setting up booth announcer kits (PxP, Analyst and Spare)
• Deploy talent Inferno comms and headsets
• Setting up t-stats comms kit when applicable

Looking for an experienced FIELD A2 in Normal, IL on November 23, 25, and 26, 2023 to cover a high school football tournament. Must have live sports experience, specifically football. The 23rd will be a full set day. Games will be held on the 25th and 26th (4 games per day).

Primary responsibilities of the field A2 include:

• Setting up all required audio equipment on the field
• Setting up crowd effect mics
• Running appropriate XLR cables to said mics
• Setting up field report mic, IFB, and backups
• Full strike of all field audio equipment at the end of production

Prefer someone who is RF savvy.

Hi,
I'm looking for a sound mixer in the DMV area who can come on for two shoots next week. One on Tuesday which is more run and gun style and one on Thursday that's a simple reading off of a teleprompter into camera shoot.

For both shoots we're using Arri's and we will need to run the audio to the cameras (especially on Tuesday).

Responsibilities:
-Operate and manage audio equipment during live interviews and throughout the event

-Conduct soundchecks and resolve any technical issues promptly
-Monitor audio levels and make adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality sound

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Audio Technician
-Must have own audio equipment including a boom, recorder, and wireless microphones
-Knowledge of audio signal flow and ability to troubleshoot audio systems
-Familiarity with professional audio processing tools and software
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Available to work on October 9th in Philadelphia
