Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of desktop and server equipment for broadcast and corporate efforts. Support desktop users across all departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the first point of contact for desktop computer hardware, software, printers, and Active Directory issues.
Work with users to resolve issues as they arise.
Administration of network resources across all departments.
