Ability to handle and prioritize workload, including time sensitive issues and materials.

Employee Connection Specialist With French

Full Time

Analyze, capture, respond to, and resolve P&C, pay, policy, benefits, employee data, and various other types of requests from employees, managers, and other customers leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW) Case Management.
Processes employee data transactions within Workday. Maintain ongoing data changes throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee on and off-boarding, job changes, mobility, and position management.
Prepares employment contracts and other related documents, information related to company benefit payments, and responds to employment verification requests.
Act as primary support for EMEA P&C teams.

Audit HR systems to ensure correct information has been input and processed.

Review and prep data for mass data loads. Analyze the data for completeness and sensibility before handing over to HRIS team for processing.

Qualifications & Experience...

Previous Human Resources administrative or related experience required, preferably from a global shared services environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field required.
Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English, Polish and French
Technical Skills: Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and ServiceNow or other case management/knowledgebase tools strongly preferred with ability to quickly learn new technology and software programs. Experience preferred with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Purpose of the Role:

A Senior Software Engineer is a recognized subject matter expert in one or more systems. Roles & Responsibilities:

Build application ser *** layers and UIs to support *** Bros Discovery's content supply chain
design and development of entire systems within the supply chain. Build architectural diagrams that communicate what we need to build and how we need to build it.
Describe and defend your design and code decisions to other engineers, embrace constructive feedback, and adapt your approach to align with team and company standards and objectives.
Offer enhancements to best practices, document, design, and architecture improvements, and as feedback through code reviews to other engineers without continuous prompting or recurring encouragement. Other engineers appreciate your feedback.
Troubleshoot a production issue by reviewing source code, logs, operational metrics, stack trace etc. to pinpoint a specific problem and then resolve it.
Write comprehensive unit tests and perform thorough testing of your own software.
Configure and manage infrastructure as necessary for project development.
Participate in after-hours support rotations, being available for urgent issues on a scheduled basis.

What to Bring:

5-9 years of experience as a software developer - full stack
Experience with event driven architecture or asynchronous messaging services
Experience developing Single Page Applications with a modern UI framework
Experience building web applications in MERN (Mongo, Express, React and Nodejs), MEAN (Mongo, Express, Angular and Nodejs) or Java Spring Boot

Assume independent responsibility for project/deal negotiations and drafting of contracts for developing, producing, financing, and/or acquiring television programming for many cable television networks. Negotiate legal terms with producer's lawyers and/or agents or other representatives, including standard terms and conditions, back-end participation and ancillary deal components such as the licensing and granting of rights. Work with internal Business Affairs, Production Management, network and finance teams to complete and execute contract drafts. Qualifications & Experience

Experience should include drafting production related agreements and handling production legal work.

Undergraduate degree required.
JD degree from an accredited law school required.
