We are a busy Health & Safety Agency recruiting Covid Compliance Assistants for several upcoming large commercial shoots.

This position will provide support to the Health & Safety Officers (HSOs) to ensure safe sets.

Ideal candidates come from a background as an experienced Key Set PA, and having spent a good amount of time on set as a Covid Compliance Assistant.

You will be responsible for checking in/out crew, performing electrostatic spraying, fostering a culture of health and safety, executing effective onset safety procedures, and assisting HSOs.

Locations: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:
•Sanitize sets/locations with electrostatic sprayers.
•Support Health & Safety activities and record keeping requirements.
•Identify and mitigate Health & Safety hazards.
•Prepare timely Health & Safety reports.
•Report activities that do not meet Health & Safety codes to HSO.
•Assist crew in proper PPE use.
•Stay up to date on federal, state, local, and union safety regulations/laws.
•Assist HSO in any workplace-related health issues and accidents.
•Monitor and report on activities, performance, etc. as required.
•Other duties as assigned by HSO/management.

Requirements:

•Must be fully vaccinated.
•Must have record of completion of at least one Covid Compliance course.
•Must hold valid California Driver’s License (CDL) and proper insurance as required with an acceptable driving record substantiated by a copy of DMV records. Must have access to an automobile with adequate insurance and a valid CDL or means to other accessible transportation.
•Understand, apply, and advocate all safety and compliance quality measures set by G8Check and mandated requirements.
•Fully understand and carry out all government, federal, and union regulations.

Experience:
•Minimum of 2 years experience as a Key Set PA or equivalent
•Substantial experience as a Covid Compliance assistant

What You Will Do

You will work in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines and multiple internal *** project teams.As an Architect in A&FE, you will act as an Architectural Owner's Representative for the *** land Resort on projects from concept through construction. While drawings are seldomly produced in house, the majority of our construction drawings are produced by external Architects/Engineers hired for their services.
