Full time staff position on a network show assisting the Health & Safety department. You will work closely with our testing coordinator managing the COVID-19 testing and vaccine verification of our cast & crew.

Duties include:
-Checking people in for our on-site COVID-19 testing.
-Updating testing lists and archives.
-Sending reminders and testing instructions.
-Assisting in the vaccine verification of cast/crew.
-Checking vaccine cards in person as needed.
-Helping the team to respond to testing needs as they arise.

We're looking for someone who has office PA or administrative experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable and ready to respond quickly to changing information.

This would be a hybrid remote/in person position.

Must have a creative marketing background with extensive experience in short-form production. Experience in broadcast, cable, and/or streaming preferred.
Supervising and scheduling production personnel is critical. A proven technical background in post-production is key!
Must have a thorough knowledge of editing, audio mixing, *** file formats, animated graphics, and miscellaneous equipment used in typical day-to-day post-production. Understanding of file-based post-production workflows is required.

Summary

The Project Mechanical Engineer II is assigned to project teams to provide technical direction and engineering vendor management on upgrades to existing attractions. Duties include technical leadership and subject matter expertise in a variety of Ride and Show system disciplines, auditing of third party design and engineering, execution of on- and off-site acceptance test procedures, and ownership of project documentation compliance.

The Project Mechanical Engineer II is responsible for ensuring all project work conforms with ASTM F24 Committee guidelines and compliant with applicable codes, regulations and standards including: AISC, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, AWS, JIC, NEC, and OSHA, among others. They may also provide guidance and oversight on these standards for the other Ride and Show Programs (RSP) team members.

This role has exposure to multiple different ride and show systems spanning multiple decades, each with its unique fun and challenges.
