Primary Responsibilities:
• Tracking and communications related to Covid Testing
• Access Covid testing portals and update results on a Google Sheet
• Prep and send close contact emails as necessary
• Participate in Covid Testing meetings with HR Manager
• Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications:
• Confidentiality is a must and must possess the ability to interact with a variety of personalities and levels.
• Strong ability with Google Drive, especially Google Sheets is required
• Must be accurate and extremely detail oriented
• Proactive and the ability to follow up with employees
• Patience, tolerance and resilience are key skills.
• Self-starter that is willing to learn and able to operate effectively with little supervision.

Hours: Part-time up to 25 hours per week; ideally 4 hours a day, 6 days a week. Saturdays required

How you'll make an impact:

What You Will Do

Every day as an Executive Support Professional is different! On any given day you might:

Provide primary administrative support to the President and back up support to other senior executives
Perform overall administrative duties to include, but not limited to, answering and screening incoming phone calls, scheduling meetings and maintaining extensive calendars, handling the preparation and processing of expense reports, auditing expense reports for the group, processing invoices and intercompany purchase orders.
Supply additional office support such as distributing mail, filing, photocopying, scanning and tracking documents, and word processing
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel (domestic and international), including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, as well as remote support
Prepare confidential memos, correspondence, letters, business updates, meeting notes, Power Point and/or Keynote presentations, proofs correspondence and complex reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity for a senior executive (SVP or higher)
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
