The Network Streaming portfolio of domestic and international networks is available in over 180 countries! ROLE DETAILSThis role oversees a team of product owners and works closely with leaders from product management, operations, and production. You and your team build and release systems responsible for ingesting, managing, and distributing content and metadata to all Network Streaming digital products. Your team is also responsible for building tools that provide efficient workflows for global operations teams and collaborators who program our portfolio of digital products every day. RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will:
- Handle a feature intake funnel and backlog for initiatives and features in partnership with Engineering.
- Communicate and oversee implementation of solutions and strategies across content systems teams.
- Partner with key collaborators to understand current and future content and operational workflow needs to support the Network Streaming division.
- Support growth initiatives across all brands and business models: Subscription VOD, Broadcast VOD, and Ad-supported VOD.
- Develop and champion clear product strategies related to content management, curation, and distribution.
- Oversee a team of product owners and the alignment of their product roadmaps, handling and balancing collaborator priorities against resource availability.
- Ensure high quality deliverables that focus on intuitive workflows and operational efficiencies.
- Navigate and negotiate through complex business and technology relationships within brands, marketing teams and other shared services teams.
- Provide regular status reports and presentations to management and collaborators about strategic direction and product deliverables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, management consulting or related field
- 5+ years management experience
- 5+ years' experience with cloud-based content management systems for premium video content distribution
- Experience working within a global *** company is strongly desired
- Agile/iterative product development methodology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
