Seeking a Maine-based or New England or Boston CCO for an ongoing documentary production filming in remote Maine. This role is field-based, you must be vaccinated + boosted and be able to work well in a documentary environment where we leave a light footprint.

Immediate dates are 5/24-6/14. There are additional dates in August, September & October so please submit & let us know your availability.

Looking for an experienced CCO who can help with a non-union HGTV production. We are filming at a location in Palm City, Florida. Network series filming in Memphis, TN area looking for a Covid Compliance Officer. Must have ample experience as CCO, interview shoot experience is helpful. This position will facilitate rapid testing of 6 person crew on the day of shoot, as well as oversee all Covid protocols.

Looking for a Covid Compliance Officer. Past on-set experience a plus but not required. CCO will be in charge of monitoring cast and crew and making sure COVID protocols are being followed. Historical Docu-series looking for a certified Covid Compliance Officer for a 10-12 day shoot in July. Shoots will take place in the Philadelphia surrounding areas. CCO would need to be responsible for a 55+ person cast and crew. CCO would have an assistant on set as well.

Crew is non union, but cast is SAG. Ability to do PCR and rapid testing on site a plus.

Work days would be between July 11-29.

In search of a Health & Safety Locations Manager for an HGTV Design/Reno show that shoots from June to end of Sept in various locations around the Greater NY area (Westchester/Manhattan/Nassau). Must be certified in First Aid and Covid-19 Compliance.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Completing the “Returning to work during COVID-19: Safe Work Practices” offered by the American Red Cross course
- Administering Rapid Testing onsite at the top of shoot days and organizing results
- Obtain each individual crew members Health Declaration along with recording daily temperature checks; admitting crew to set based on these requirements
- Managing and organizing all PPE on set
- Ensure all high touch surfaces and equipment are disinfected prior to main unit arrival
- Responsible for hosting the daily crew safety debrief
- Responsible for posting signage daily giving directions at washing stations and usage of PPE
- Check for updated information and guidelines on Covid-19 and to maintain, update and have approved the protocols immediately.
- Confirm any location specific protocols and communicate to the crew in the safety briefings
- Conduct a weekly health and safety assessment and report to their supervisor
- Be available to all crew members to discuss any health and safety concerns, communicate to management and help to find solutions

We are adding additional team members to the Health and Safety Department for a limited series currently in production in the Atlanta (Decatur) area. We're looking for people who have some previous experience in the Health and Safety Department. You must be local to location (or willing to work as a local). We need set monitors who can work as a team, in a fast-paced production setting, and who have excellent communication skills. All team members must be vaccinated, have a reliable car/driver's license and reliable cell phone.

Work Dates: May 2nd-- July 30th

General duties:
Assist in monitoring all cast and crew for PPE compliance
Assist in loading in, setting up and striking gear daily
Organize and prep PPE for on-the day use
Oversee sanitation in On-Set environment/Production Office
Assist with Inventory & testing setup


Requirements:

-Must have a reliable car and working cell phone
