Job Requirements: Must be local to location (or willing to work as a local).

Enforce policies and protocols on-set relating to the safeguarding of cast and crew from COVID-19 throughout physical production process (pre-production to wrap) in conjunction with production management
Walk around on-set and remind people of COVID-19 protocols to ensure each department complies with applicable regulations, guidelines, protocols, and policy/procedures
Stay abreast of issues in assigned area and escalate issues to CCO and production management regarding concerns, violations, and compliance
Review prep and shooting schedules to ensure required social distancing procedures (pods, teams, etc.) are in place
Work with departments to implement social distancing protocols for office/workspaces
Monitor key points of entry, egress and traffic flow areas to ensure proper social distancing
Stay current on new developments in health and safety to improve quality and efficacy of production processes
Verify the pre-work health screening process established by the Production is being followed
Conduct ongoing inspection of the workplace to ensure that COVID-19 policies and procedures are integrated into operations at the Production level.
Education/Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of safety and health standards and regulations required.
Prior OSHA Health & Safety Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health or Occupational Health & Safety or related fields is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in on-set Film and/or Television Production strongly preferred

Be a master of finding UGC and new content first

Treasury Manager - Finance

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function with an emphasis on compliance and global bank account management. Utilize the ION IBAM (bank account management) system to promptly address account maintenance and signer requests, ensuring timely completion and providing updates to division personnel.
Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of information in the ION IBAM system, including tracking production check signers and individuals with specific online rights required for FBAR filing.
Act as a vital member of *** Global's ION IBAM development team, participating in testing upgrades, reporting system defects, and providing feedback to the vendor on system performance.
Facilitate communication *** ween division personnel and banks, ensuring prompt issue escalation and managing internal expectations regarding financial institution services. Monitor request resolution and escalate to the Senior Director as needed for prompt resolution.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of user and account group information across all banking platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
Advocate for the business by supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing Straight-Through Processing (STP) and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to propose automated solutions addressing business challenges and improving processes.
Provide necessary training and guidance to division personnel to facilitate their daily tasks and achieve long-term objectives effectively.
Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of yearly FBAR reports using the ION IBAM system.
Conducting quarterly user access reviews across our banking platforms.
Contribute to the yearly update of Treasury Policies and Procedures.
Act as a System Administrator for all domestic and international banking platforms.
Update and own the internal *** Treasury FAQ portal for production finance as needed.
Lead and delegate tasks as they are received in a group mailbox, ensure timely responses and resolution.

Basic Qualifications:
