Job Description

*** Universal is looking for an Automotive Fleet Ser *** Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. You will also be the primary liaison for an external vendor as needed.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the Manager of Transportation, Transportation Scheduler, and broader Transportation team for billing, outsourcing, and scheduling with production
Support basic maintenance on all related rental and in house transportation equipment (i.e. tire changes/repair, light mechanical work, general vehicle service)
Data entry for repair and maintenance records

Your New Role...

Key WBD Corporate Accounting leadership position focusing on Cash, Cash related systems, and other corporate functions. Your Role Accountabilities...

Lead monthly close process and oversee and review journal entries and adjustments for the corporate accounting function. Areas of focus include but not limited to cash and requires constant communications with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Operations with results that impact all segments of WBD.

Ability to develop governance and best practices over the cash accounting function. Also, able to effectively troubleshoot reconciling items that often have multi-dimensional functional impacts.

Lead implementation of new ERP and oversee stabilization of the system

Ensure financial controls are operating effectively including ownership of SOX controls relating to cash. Manage multiple close deadlines across all ERP systems. Ensure financial controls over systems and processes are properly functioning and sign off on control effectiveness quarterly in accordance with WBD SOX guidelines. Frequent interaction with external and internal auditors evaluating controls and testing balances. Responsible for overseeing robust and timely balance sheet reconciliations and completion of SEC supplemental schedules for footnote disclosures

Qualifications & Experience...
