*** Streaming is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Ad Experiences, who will drive the product efforts to optimize the monetization of our ad experience, within the Ad Experiences & Monetization Product team at *** Streaming.
This role will identify and execute upon opportunities to balance the viewer's ad experience and our ads monetization objectives. Today's ad experience is often discussed in subjective terms, and we will look to this role to help us leverage data to quantify and understand how ad experience impacts customer lifetime value! You will focus efforts on driving features and functionality to improve the user experience, including initiatives to handle ad volumes and ad repetition. You will collaborate across the company, especially Viewer Experience, Ad Sales/Operations, Product, PMO, Engineering, and Marketing!
Identifying and mitigating risks, including opportunity costs, while balancing strategic and tactical approaches will be integral to success. Maintaining a detailed understanding of the rapidly evolving technical, industry, and consumer landscape is expected and will be necessary to inform feature and initiative prioritization and development.
Responsibilities Include
Cross-Functional Team Relationship: Develop and maintain healthy and productive, working relationships across Product, PMO, Engineering teams and critical internal partners (including BI, Revenue Operations, Legal, Privacy, Ad Platform, Ad Sales/Ops). Product Planning: Within 60 days, define and manage the product OKRs, goals, strategies, and roadmap plans for monetizing our ad experiences and ensure their prioritization on the all-up Product Roadmap. This is inclusive of defining and managing their success metrics. Ad Experiences and Monetization (SME): Become the subject matter expert on Ad Experiences, deep understanding of the competition, available technologies and drive the unique value proposition to the *** Streaming business. Become familiar with the data for the existing experience and identify areas of opportunity. Track and measure customer lifetime value and evaluate impact of product releases.
Qualities / Experience We're Seeking
The following skills and experience will be successful in this role:
- 3+ years of commercial product management experience, particularly with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.
- Experience building user/ad experiences for TV, video and/or digital *** .
- Strong data and analytical skills are a must.
- Experience identifying data needs and driving those gaps to resolution. Ultimately enabling the ability to use data for decision making.
- Experience with digital advertising, preferably in TV or streaming video.
- Experience building cross-platform experiences (Web technologies, native mobile and CTV applications)
- Adept at tailoring communications depending on the circumstances, whether the audience is technical, non-technical, or executive.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for identifying key problems that are faced by the business, by the market and by current technologies.
- Track record of results when working collaboratively and being dependent on others.
- Comfort analyzing data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and to find solutions.

- Understanding of ad-supported video on-demand and/or video streaming technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and shown ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 160,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
