Looking for production support that can double as a covid compliance officer for a 3 day shoot of interviews. This will happen the week of 10/25, we are still locking in the 3 specific dates.

We would be looking for someone who can do on the ground logistics for our team that is traveling into town.

Job would entail daily temperature checks, wiping down high touch surfaces, ordering lunches, assisting interviewees find location and getting them checked in. Assisting with any on the ground coordinating that may come up!

Per affiliated company regulations we are requiring all personnel to show proof of vaccination and requiring a negative PCR mailer test (which company will provide).

In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. Your New Role...

Key WBD Corporate Accounting leadership position focusing on Cash, Cash related systems, and other corporate functions. Your Role Accountabilities...

Lead monthly close process and oversee and review journal entries and adjustments for the corporate accounting function. Areas of focus include but not limited to cash and requires constant communications with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Operations with results that impact all segments of WBD.

Ability to develop governance and best practices over the cash accounting function. Also, able to effectively troubleshoot reconciling items that often have multi-dimensional functional impacts.

Lead implementation of new ERP and oversee stabilization of the system

Ensure financial controls are operating effectively including ownership of SOX controls relating to cash. Manage multiple close deadlines across all ERP systems. Ensure financial controls over systems and processes are properly functioning and sign off on control effectiveness quarterly in accordance with WBD SOX guidelines. Frequent interaction with external and internal auditors evaluating controls and testing balances. Qualifications & Experience...
