RUN Studios has a part-time opportunity for a technically savvy, solution-oriented individual. We are seeking a driven Stages Support to assist our client, a leader in the video production industry located in the Redmond area.

Video production is an integral part of our clients marketing and communication strategy, and you will be front and center in supporting those productions. Working with the larger production team you will maintain the facility and stages to help ensure they are production ready. You will also ensure all storage locations, production gear, and load zones are in proper order and placement for future productions.

The work will be on an as-needed basis, hours will fluctuate based on project needs. Must be available to work on site in Redmond, WA.

As a Facility/Stages Support, You Will

Ensure work environment safety of all crew on assigned stage and around facility
Maintain regular inventory of stages supplies making purchases when needed:
Receive and organize deliveries for the house and visiting productions
Assist with load in/load out
Handle regular power inspections and safety checks of supplies
Paint and other maintenance for the cyc including lift operation
Receive and organize deliveries for the house and visiting productions
House vehicle/lift maintenance-tracking, scheduling, executing
Provide integration support
Maintain knowledge of equipment used, stages capabilities and crewing possibilities
Be innovation minded by learning about new gear and software for stages needs
Create and cultivate a positive work environment with co-workers and clients alike
Come daily with a positive, constructive, growth mindset

As an Applicant, You Bring

Basic knowledge of Windows devices
Ability to adapt to sudden change
Knowledge of video production and basic grip and gaff gak and workflow
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to drive large vehicles for supply and equipment pick up and deliveries.
Ability to fluidly work on multiple projects at once with the ability to prioritize

Bonus if You Have

Forklift experience
Scissor and or Boom lift experience
Experience with both live studio and cine production

Compensation

Pay Range: $20.00 - 25.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Need a still photographer to capture stills from an event for 5-6 hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Stills Photographer for an upcoming branding shoot in Sherkston, ON, CA. The shoot will take place from July 12th to July 14th.

The rate for this position is $2100 all-inclusive, covering labor, kit, and the delivery of 100 edited photos.

It is essential that the photographer has prior experience with branded work/tourism and can showcase a strong portfolio.

Local candidates are preferred, as we require the ability to work on-site, but we are also open to considering candidates from Buffalo, NY. If you are traveling from Buffalo, NY, please ensure you possess a valid passport.

We are a production company looking for a new team member to support our Founder/CEO as an Executive Assistant. This person will help organize daily calendars, set meetings, field development emails, and phone calls as well as attend to some personal tasks as the need arises.

Primarily in-office role. Rate Based on Experience

As a show runner you will be taking care of all the errands for the operations producer. Some examples vary from picking up food for the crew, picking up the talent, and passing out credentials.


Please note you must be 21+ in order to take this position because you will be operating a vehicle onsite.

Looking for a photographer to cover a press event and ribbon cutting on June 17th from 11am to 1230pm. Will need to have your own photography equipment.

Shooting on-location outside for two days (June 27/28) . Must hold June 29th as a rain date.

Duties include but not limited to:

Duties similar to those of a Production Assistant (loading/unloading equipment, errand runs, general upkeep, etc.) should be expected. Must be comfortable working in teams and handling event guests.

The rate is $15/hr
