Seeking an experienced Covid compliance officer to work on the ground with the crew in the Panama City, FL area. The ideal candidate will have reality experience, be comfortable monitoring and correcting crew during day to day activities, able to assist with coordinating cleaning services for locations, and be capable of making real time decisions based on company provided covid guidance. This team shoots a 2 camera setup for interviews as well as the reality scenes and will have between 5 and 10 total people on set. Must be comfortable driving - covid protocols prohibit shared vehicles.

Our tentative shoot dates for this next round are 1/18- 1/25 (subject to shift).

Job Description

The Facilities Manager will lead the overall facilities supporting the production and administration within all Three (3) buildings. They will ensure that the site's critical systems are operational 24/7 through regular inspection and maintenance. They will work daily with Systems Engineering team on Broadcast/IT needs. The Facilities Manager will also lead the EHS program that will require them to perform the safety and general maintenance activities at the site to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors. They will develop and maintain local vendor relationships and budget and procurement duties as required.

Responsibilities:

Achieve 100% uptime of site critical systems and equipment. Critical systems and equipment include but are not limited to: Power/UPS, Back-up generator, Fuel supply, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), BMS, Fire System, Security and Alarm Systems
Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, permitting, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment. (Problem solving, resourcefulness, strategic thinking/planning)
Manage/Leader of EHS program to Ensure all EHS requirements are met, and documentation submitted as required
Ensure all OSHA requirements, submissions and postings are adhered to
Provide situation/status updates to Senior Management and Security until the issue is resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational
Employ effective organizational and time-management skills to deliver solutions to routine and emergency requests and general facility maintenance needs within established timelines. This includes initiating, managing and performing Change Management Requests (CMRs) as well as requests and incidents received through the global ticketing system and email.
Space planning, coordinating the maintenance of proper inventory levels for housekeeping and site supplies and ensuring proper safety measures are enforced. Prioritization of or acting on requests such as people and equipment moves, and other time-sensitive requests are critical in order to maintain customer satisfaction. (Problem solving, can-do attitude, persuasion and i *** uence, collaboration, negotiation)
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for maximum site efficiency.
Strong communication& interpersonal skills with ability to interfacewith all levels of management & user community.
On call 24/7 with flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Required: Must be willing work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays with little to no notices depending on production schedules and/or weather-related emergencies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience managing in house trades and external vendors
Minimum of 5 Years' experience as Commercial Facility Manager/Property Manager

Your New Role...

At a crucial time for the business following the merger *** ween *** *** and Discovery Inc, the EMEA Corporate Communications function helps shape and develop a strong external profile for *** Discovery, promoting the company's EMEA narrative, policies and initiatives across the region.

Reporting to the VP Communications, EMEA, *** Discovery, the Corporate Communications Manager for EMEA will support the delivery of the external communications strategies, campaigns and events that build *** Discovery's profile and presence.

The Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA, will deliver corporate communications programmes across all core business units including ad-sales, partners and affiliates, distribution, content (spanning streaming, linear networks, gaming, social), home entertainment and licensing. They will play a key role on the EMEA corporate press office, with a focus on proactive engagement to help *** Discovery's elevate its European story with key external stakeholders and partners.

This is an integral position in a small team that works closely with colleagues across WBD's international communications network including government relations, WBD EMEA Sports comms and the internal comms team where required. The Corporate Communications manager will ensure coordination and support teams across Iberia, Italy, France, Germany, Benelux, Nordics, Central Eastern Europe, Turkey and the Middle East.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Communications Tools: Drafting of communications tools including press releases, statements, briefing documents, reports, research summaries and comms trackers. Develop communications plans that support elevation of key existing and future partnerships, investments and acquisitions.
Relationship Management. Broaden and maintain key *** contacts across International business, *** and trade press. Identify opportunities for engagement with EMEA leadership. Support relations with key industry stakeholders, affiliates, CSR, DEI and government partners.
Crisis Communications:Drafting of crisis comms plans and statements to help inform key stakeholders and executives. Coordinate and support other business functions on press issues that have a reputational risk for the WBD across EMEA.
Coordination: Working with in-country market teams to ensure regular flow of news and information about activity to executives and other colleagues. Support these teams in maintaining consistency in corporate messaging and branding.
Internal Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and business units to ensure visibility of key activity or issues and help inform communications tools and positioning, including but not limited to Business and Legal Affairs, Finance, Commissioning, Marketing, Ad-Sales and Distribution.

Qualifications & Experience...

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience
Demonstrable communications experience, preferably with agency experience. Experience in *** , entertainment/or technology industries ideal
Ability to work with and build trust with multiple stakeholders
Good *** relations skills and established international / UK press contacts
A team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
Experience of communications activities across multiple business disciplines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with co-workers
