Start ASAP runs through end of March. Looking for people who are good with night shoots and large crews. Prior CCO experience required for the CCO position.
Will be tasked with making sure set is adhering to COVID-19 compliance guidelines. You will be taking temperatures of every individual that walks inside. You will prepare a health questionnaire for me to send out to the cast and crew the day before the shoot. You will be sanitizing surfaces and areas.
We are shooting for one day in a private home - there will be 12 people including subjects and ctew. Everyone has been fully vaccinated plus 2 weeks except for one person who has had one of two shots. While we understand the parameters of safety we need to be supervised in terms of making sure protocols are followed.
The interview subject is a doctor and an army nurse. We plan to do 2 rapid tests before filming - We need instructions re cleaning before production, identifying zones, taking surveys, perhaps signing waivers, keeping food and drink safe, etc.
Non-union shoot April 20, need a CCO. Small crew, small footprint overall. It's a soundstage shoot.
Looking for a CCO for a one day shoot, non-union in Raleigh on 4/27, with COVID testing happening on 4/24.

Covid Compliance Officer // Health & Safety Manager

Responsibilities:
• Clear crew members for work (administer screening questions, distribute masks, take temperatures, etc)
• Review prep and resources and plans to ensure required procedures are in place
• Ensure compliance requirements are disseminated prior to each set day
• Order and distribute supplies (PPE, disinfectants, etc.); manage & directly support cleaning schedules and, when possible, cleaning staff/vendors
• Ensure entry and exit points and traffic flow areas are properly managed and secure
• In conjunction with production management & HSS, enforce policies and protocols on-set
• Be confident and kind while enforcing all set rules and regulations –

• Willing and available to travel my own means to work an on-set production schedule (5 days)

Covid Compliance Officer
Low Budget feature film seeking an experienced COVID Compliance Officer to ensure COVID-19 policies and practices are implemented and adhered to on-set.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
• Monitor and enforce all company, federal, state and local regulations, guidelines, protocols and policies/procedures relating to the safeguarding of cast and crew from Covid-19 throughout physical production process.
• Manage the On-Set Health & Safety
• Administer confidential health screenings (temperature checks) to all cast and crew at key access point. Using the company screening protocols, you will interpret results in order to determine eligibility for entry.
• Report cases of positive and negative responses according to established protocols.
• Manage the hygiene, routine cleaning and disinfection of stage, equipment and workspaces.
• Monitor key points of entry and traffic flow to ensure proper social distancing.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of PPE.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in on-set Film and/or Television Production required.
• Health Education Services Covid-19 training certification required.
