We are shooting a corporate event at U.S. Bank Stadium — it’s a Gala style event where our key talent will be speaking on stage. We’ll need you to capture candid photos of our key talent and other team members.

This job will take place on MAY 16th between 3pm and 9pm.

Production / Gear Needs:
ideally 2x mirrorless camera bodies that perform well in low light (2x bodies to avoid frequent lens changes)
1x 24-70mm
1x 70-200mm
1x 200-400mm (or something equivalent)
1x monopod for stability for low light during panel discussion

Post Production Needs:
We need high resolution .JPG + RAW files with a natural high contrast “baked in” in-camera color profile.
You will be required to download your media on site prior to wrapping up for the night.
You will not be required to do any additional work after the event :)

Your New Role

The *** President, Production & Talent Management will work closely with the EVP, Production & Talent Management, helping to achieve our business objectives and ensuring that great talent is drawn to, and stays at *** Brothers Pictures Animation.

This role will be responsible, but not limited to, full cycle Recruiting, Talent onboarding, all talent related workflows, performance management, as well as special projects related to the running of the animation business, including appropriate support for our partner *** . Your Role Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition

End to end recruiting for all production, including, but not limited to, collaborating with managers on crafting job descriptions through extending job offers.
Develop and execute an Inclusion and Diversity Strategy for **** partnering with key stakeholders across production and *** Brothers.
Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of Talent Tracking tools (HRIS/CRM).
Partner with Production to create a Staffing Profile workflow so that Talent Acquisition can accurately project internal transitions and hiring needs.
Assist establishing and maintaining efficient and inclusive Talent workflows across **** and our partner *** .
Create and execute an external event strategy to highlight job opportunities across our projects.
Create, execute, and maintain an onboarding strategy for all talent coming into ****.

Create and implement Talent branding strategy

Helps identify creative solutions and resolves allocation co *** icts when resource or time constraints compromise production schedules.
Provide support for artist transitions, ensuring smooth and timely information flow to the artist.
Supports and encourages ongoing crew assessments and helps create effective feedback mechanisms and development plans.

Talent Development / Mentorship

In partnership with artist management, support internal and/or external programs for the crews hired to help with engagement and retention.

Special Projects

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required and/or 10+ years experience in Animation or related field.
Experience leading end-to-end recruitment cycle from strategy and planning to execution.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
The ability to effectively communicate, interact, and partner with Studio and show leadership.
Specialized knowledge of the animation production process, workflows, and familiarity with production environments.
Strong skills in the area of time management and organization.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic/ever-changing environment is required.
Ability to independently analyze and use sound judgment to identify and solve problems.

Your New Role...

As the OPEX FP&A Analyst, you work within the Global OPEX COE which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the financial processes related to OPEX spend.

Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high-quality forecasting, reporting and analysis of the Opex costs. You will support the business partners in decision making and provide required reporting to senior business and FP&A stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Supporting the month end close process from an FP&A perspective with variance analysis focusing on OPEX P&L
Performing detailed reviews of actual spend with finance business partners and budget holders.
Summarizing key findings to support discussions and decision which aim to improve business unit / regional profitability.
Assisting in the production of the monthly cost forecast submission and updating of related systems
Supporting the annual budget process, including the design of templates, the critical review of planning assumptions and the creation and analysis of business cases
Providing insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting.
Assist directly with business heads by helping them with the daily finance needs.
Regularly interact with various business partners from different locations across EMEA
Interpretation and clear communication of results, reports and analysis
Performing ad hoc tasks and creating new reporting related to cost management and governance meetings as appropriate.
Maintaining and improving the processes supporting financial planning and analysis activities

Qualifications & Experience...

2+ years of working experience preferably with experience in FP&A department
Understanding of forecasting and budgeting OPEX process
General accounting knowledge (accruals, prepayments, costs recognition)
CA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired
Excellent analytical skills and key to details
Strong MS Excel (power query, power pivot) & PowerPoint skills
Clear, concise verbal and written communication.

Pro-active and hands-on

General Summary:
The Employee Connection (EC) Coordinator is part of the Tier 1 Employee Connection team (EC) in HR Services APAC, which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding employee experience in *** Bros Discovery.

This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan, will report to the EC Supervisor, APAC, and locally, be supervised by the Japan EC Senior Specialist on the ground. This role will provide dedicated support to the Employee Connection team and play an essential part in delivering efficient and effective on-the-ground support in processing specific HR Services administration to Japan's Harry Potter Studio Tour team. Regularly interacting with employees, this role is responsible for the accurate and speedy processing and execution of standardized and repeatable processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, mobility, operations, and compliance. The hire should be highly independent and proactive in coordinating information for accurate data processing related to payroll and employment setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate end to end services HR services activities from hire to exit. Performs HR transactions in Workday (on and offboarding, data administration) Creating and preparing offer letters/contracts for part-time employees. Support and coordinate all onboarding and benefit enrolment activities such as:

Sending out onboarding-related correspondence and materials to candidates.
Collect and Check documents submitted during onboarding by new hires.
Check and ensure new hires fulfill conditions of social insurance, scanning personal documents submitted by new hires for accuracy.

Support and coordinate all off-boarding and exit activities such as:

Sending out off-boarding related mails and materials to leavers.
Collect and Check documents submitted during off-boarding or exit clearance by leavers
Check and ensure leavers fulfills all required handover/exit clearance, scanning forms and documents submitted by terminated employees for accuracy.

Communicating and send out reminders to employees so they submit required documents on time. Support in organizing health insurance results for local and statutory reporting. Experience required:

At least 1-2 years of experience working in the general field of Human Resources services and administration in an international, dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Fluent in Japanese with basic English language skills a plus.
