We are a national recruiting firm looking to do a 1 day production shoot. We are seeking a local cinematographer with a package including full gear. We need a DP with a camera to record several footage clips at our client's location (medical facility) including B-roll of OR, patient room, medical equipment, etc...

Type of equipment minimum requirements:
1 x 1080p or 4k camera at 30fps (29.97)
2x 480w LED lights to help in areas with low light
Slider for B-roll shots
Mobile or Table device capable of Facetime or Zoom to communicate with remote director/producer

1 x Full days of B roll

Plan on shooting from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Budget is $500 per day for 9 hour day. Let us know what your rate is if higher.

Dorsey Pictures seeks a camera operator to help with remote shooting on a true crime Oxygen project filming in Denver, CO. Must be local or within driving distance.

Filming will include a sit down interview and B-roll. This position will work remotely with the DP and the field producer on the days of shooting. We have a standard gear package that will be used for the show, that will need to be set up on location and wrapped at the end of the day.

Experience with Sony FX9/FS7 & experience with remote shooting is preferred.

COVID protocols will be in place for the production and safety supplies will be provided.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Building camera and lighting and setting up laptop on set for DP and field producer to remote into

• Mic-ing participants and adjusting audio levels

Dorsey Pictures seeks a camera operator to help with remote shooting on a true crime Oxygen project filming in Albuquerque, NM. Must be local, and able to fit our gear package of (5) pelican cases into your vehicle.

Filming will include sit down interviews and B-roll. This position will work remotely with the DP and the field producer on the days of shooting. We will be shipping a gear package to you for the production: (5) pelican cases with cameras, lighting, sound and grip equipment. We are looking for someone with reliable transportation in which the equipment can fit.

Experience with Sony FX9/FS7 & experience with remote shooting is preferred.

There is a possibility that this position would need to be able to drive to Lubbock, TX to capture B-Roll.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates studio cameras during live broadcasts

Composes and frames shots, applying the technical aspects of light, lenses, and camera settings to achieve the effects sought by directors

Sets up cameras and related equipment

Test, clean, maintain, and repair camera equipment

Performs other duties as assigned



DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, and/or EXPERIENCE

Must work on location in Logan, Utah

A minimum of 3 years of broadcast technical experience within a live studio environment.

Technical integration experience for new equipment and facility expansion.

Must be flexible and able to deal with unexpected changes calmly.

The ability to work well under pressure while multi-tasking to meet tight deadlines and stressful situations.

Following instructions, solving problems, and seeking solutions is a must.

A strong team player who works well with others and fosters a spirit of cooperation and helpfulness.

Flexible to work various hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules may vary.

Looking for a B CAM OP in SPRING for a first season HGTV show (think: house hunting meets relationship show). Shoot dates are MONDAY through WEDNESDAY March 8th, 9th and 10th.

A little about our show; we’re a small crew, shooting handhelds (FS7 / A7S / GoPro and Osmo). We’ll be traveling our Field Producer, Showrunner and DP; all other crew will be local. Gear is traveling with our DP.
