Seasoned reality production company looking for a Junior Camera Operator/Reno Cam Shooter. Must be local to Orange County and preferably have some renovation show experience.
This person will travel to multiple construction sites throughout Orange County, shooting renovation process b-roll and tracking the progress of ongoing projects. Clear communication and planning with the producing team will be key to scheduling days. This person should have a head for schedules and planning so their next day's work is based on what they just shot. This person will also be responsible for greeking on location, obtaining appearance releases, logging/backing up and signing in their footage.
Must have a working knowledge of Cinema Style Full Frame or Super 35mm Sensor Size Camera and the GoPro Hero 10. A reliable car, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are also required.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is organized, reliable, and independent, with a solid understanding of visual storytelling. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful, but it is not required. Mileage reimbursement between shooting locations.
Again, this is a junior camera op position shooting b-roll/reno cam.
