Currently seeking a Casting AP and Casting Producer with experience doing life makeover shows (Queer Eye, Home Makeover, etc.) for a project with high profile talent. NOT an entry level job. Previous experience in casting a must. NOT looking for high volume, fast pace. Need someone who is adept at doing deep research, thoughtful pre-interviews and skypes, who is able to spot great stories through research, and summarize those stories on paper (to pitch) and via interview. This project will cast nationwide, with inroads to diverse communities a must.

Primary point of contact between Gearbox and Agents/Talent
Negotiate rates/deal terms directly with Agents/Talent
Draft project-specific talent contracts using approved templates
Ensure talent agreements and time sheets are signed and processed
Track all voice-over and performance capture sessions
Scheduling of talent, Voice-over and Motion Capture
Prepare bi-weekly talent payroll report to be sent to Signatory for processing
Work with other departments, including Creative Production, Motion Capture, in the continuing development of internal database/website to ensure project, performer and agent information is complete, including contact information, deal points, credit, role, etc.;
Advise and educate producers, casting, production, finance, and legal of the requirements under the SAG-AFTRA Interactive Media Agreement
Approve and process Signatory and non-union talent invoices
Track and improve budgeting and forecasting for projects
