Seeking a qualified Human Interest / Real Life Casting Associate Producer to assist Producers with all real-life casting needs. Looking for people with experience in casting real-life stories/segments/audience members.

Job duties involve:
- Assist with all elements of real-life casting projects and segments from start to finish.
- Prepare background material on casting pitches.
- Maintain human interest casting calendars, schedules, and meetings. Creating agendas and notes as needed while anticipating upcoming needs.
- Maintain organized files on all prior human interest castings and casting pitches, along with current/pending castings.
- Work with legal and production departments to secure any and all documentation needed.
- Work with the travel department in communicating any travel needs for human interest castings.
- Coordinate all visual materials needed for securing real life castings on all projects/segments.
- Ability to research quickly and efficiently providing in-depth information.
- Stay current with pop culture, news and current events
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and creative Booking Producer to join Outnumbered . The Booking Producer is responsible for booking guests, making pitches, and handling newsmaker requests. It further requires strong feature and segment production and a strategic vision for bookings. This individual is the show's booking representative and is responsible for continuously upgrading bookings for live daily interviews in addition to special projects. The Booking Producer is also responsible for researching and pitching unique new guests, and compelling segments daily, and for future planning. This person must be familiar with all aspects of television production including graphics, editing, digital newsgathering, and live remote broadcasting, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
