HIRING EXPERIENCED CASTING MANAGER / COORDINATOR

Seeking an experienced and tech savvy Casting Manager/Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience, 5 plus years is ideal. We have several projects back to back and can keep a talented coordinator busy! This has the potential to become a full time position at an extremely busy Emmy winning casting company.

Must have experience with Dating Show diligence processes. In addition to helping with pitches (proofing one-sheets, making title cards, keeping the grid updated), this job is RUNNING the risk management process i.e. working with the Background Check company, scheduling and updating medical and psych appointments, helping with social media scrubs, coordinating handoff to the travel team, making sure contestants have valid passports and are vaccinated, and most importantly - hand-holding the contestants throughout the process and helping get agreements signed.

Must be a quick worker and a google docs organization ninja! Attention to detail is everything. We use programs like google docs, Slack, Miro, JotForm, Pages and Apple/Mac programs (must work on a Mac). Experience with Miro is a huge plus but not required. Looking for someone who loves a perfectly formatted spreadsheet with OCD attention to detail!

Working remotely is a possibility, but ideally this person is LA based. Experience with in-person casting finals or chemistry tests is a huge plus as we will have some in person finals and dates in the coming months.

*You must work on an Apple computer, our casting software isn't compatible with PCs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and creative Booking Producer to join Outnumbered . The Booking Producer is responsible for booking guests, making pitches, and handling newsmaker requests. It further requires strong feature and segment production and a strategic vision for bookings. This individual is the show's booking representative and is responsible for continuously upgrading bookings for live daily interviews in addition to special projects. The Booking Producer is also responsible for researching and pitching unique new guests, and compelling segments daily, and for future planning. This person must be familiar with all aspects of television production including graphics, editing, digital newsgathering, and live remote broadcasting, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
