- Job Requirements: This is a remote job.
• Identify and clear photos and videos for producers often under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Responsible for negotiating and obtaining a variety of production agreements including but not limited to rights clearances (clip licensing, material release, etc.) for all programming content.
• Ensures that all production agreements falling under their purview are in compliance with legal, production company, and network requirements.
• Provide assistance and support to Post Managers and Producers including tracking usage in segments and preparing network deliverables.
• Identify any clearance, copyright, and standards restrictions for requested elements. Oversee appropriate blurs are applied to content as required when clearances cannot be obtained.
• Maintain field releases with high regard to detail and organization.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience handling clearances and other production-related agreements for television is a must. Minimum 2-3 years experience.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority tasks.
• Precise attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency. Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro a plus
