Looking for an EXPERIENCED Clearance Coordinator/Manager. Starts September 20, 2021. We are in a Work from Home environment for the foreseeable future. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organizing releases, including following up on signatures
- Working with production to obtain materials, releases and licenses for acquired photos and video
- Watching all cuts and creating clearance logs and blur lists
Attend online reviews to ensure clearance notes have been addressed. This could be in person or remote. TBD at the moment.
- Working with the Post Supervisor to create and complete required deliverables involving clearance details
- Watching raw footage to make sure we have obtained all necessary released
Other Requirements:
- Strong computer skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Must have some release experience.
- Must have Strong critical thinking skills.
- Be forward thinking.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask on numerous episodes.
- Proficient in autonomously prioritizing work & managing deadlines.
