Job Summary: Providing service and solutions for our clients is a vital part of our success. And Running Pony, the largest video and digital media company in Memphis,TN, is looking for a talented full- time Digital Content Specialist to communicate digital marketing strategies through effective design for a wide variety of mediums ranging from social media to website design to traditional print collateral and more. Your expertise in crafting compelling content and analyzing its performance will be crucial in enhancing our brand's online presence.

What do you need to be considered for this position? You should be a creative at your core with a passion for communicating a message through good design. This position requires a range of skills, including:
• Design captivating visual content, such as brand collateral, infographics, social media posts, and interactive media, that aligns with a brand voice.
• Effectively convey key messages, promote brand awareness, and drive user engagement through visuals.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of innovative and cutting-edge digital media campaigns.
• Monitor and engage with online communities, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage social media interactions to build brand loyalty and foster positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media industry advancements and continuously seek
opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through professional development.

Please have: Experience in graphic design, a friendly and “can-do” attitude, and a desire to deliver for every client, every day. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, web building, and social media is a must.
