Our current schedule runs 10/28 - 11/22 and will include two weeks of overnights, with Thursdays and Fridays dark every week.

We are a Los Angeles-based production company looking for a Drone Operator to join our crew for a 1-day shoot in New York.

We're looking to have you capture Broll of different boroughs throughout New York, starting at sunrise and capturing all content on your own. We're able to sync with you on a shot list prior to the shoot day and then request the footage to be sent via the cloud that evening for review.

We need someone very familiar with Drone footage of New York, and we may not be able to obtain a proper permit in time so it would require your willingness to cooperate accordingly.

Looking for a DP to shoot a quick interview at an office building in Jersey city. The interviewer will conduct the interview remotely via Zoom and would preferably be able to monitor the video feed live. You will have a Grip/AC to work with you, but since this is a small shoot being produced remotely from Austin, TX, we need a DP that can provide and run his own camera, lights, and audio gear.

Description:
Part-time position in NYC; includes but is not limited to preparation and planning for shooting the scripted show with 2-3 camera set up; location scouting; equipment and lighting set up/take down; video/sound recording and processing. Videographer is responsible for ensuring all video footage is properly recorded, logged, and delivered to both director and editor, as well as creating and keeping a stored copy of it in a shared drive.
Starting time: end of November 2023. Weekend availability is a must.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two (2) years of video production experience, including professional experience with EFP, DSLR cameras, professional sound, and lighting equipment, as well as experience with editing software, such as Adobe Premiere and AVID
• Camera operator with a vision, excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics, creative approach in reality and/or documentary/news storytelling.
• Professional, perfect work ethic, positive problem-solving approach to work.
• Strong storytelling abilities, sense of humor and understanding of jokes.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-discipline, attention to details, ability to work on your own, while being open to feedback from other team members, as well as ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Looking for a videographer for a half day shoot for an NYC based office shoot for October 4th. Rate includes the shoot and a one minute edited video of B roll / employee interactions - no audio needed, as well as three 15-20s clips for social media content.

Pleasant disposition, timely and professional person needed to film and also take care of simple lighting. Looking for someone who can film scenes that are happy and cheery. Also can film subjects in a flattering way.

About the role:

We are seeking a DP for an upcoming docu-style, branded content interview shoot in Brooklyn, NY at Kirrin Finch. It will be 2-3 interview subjects and essentially talking head style but with a more exciting background and relaxed feel. This shoot will be B-roll heavy and the intention is to highlight the company's products and employees to show their story and how they became successful.

Our Producers want a DP who is willing to add creative input before the shoot. This isn't a "show up and shoot" gig. We want someone who wants to lend their creative vision to the project. Collaboration with the rest of the creative team is highly valued.

Crew will consist of DP, 1-2 ACs, Audio, Teleprompter, Photog, PA. DP and AC will need to set up camera/lighting. DP is welcome to recommend ACs.

Basic gear needs on your end will be camera, lighting, video call feed ability, monitor for a very small video village for our client (can be wired or wireless). AC would need to provide a media management laptop (for a small kit fee). We provide hard drives.

Ideally, we would love to rent camera/lighting/grip gear from you directly if you have everything on hand but we can supplement with camera house rentals, as needed. Our Producer is traveling into NY for the shoot and all crew will be local so we don't have a way to provide gear outside of rental houses.

My company has an upcoming production on October 16 and 17, 2023. As of now, it will be taking place in Vista, CA at The Film Hub. We’ll be working 2 x 10-hr days.
