Growing Reality Production Company expanding into Orange County, CA.
Currently seeking Assistant Development person for the creation and development of Reality Series and Pilots as well as Branded Content.
This is an assistant job that reports to the president of the company.
Half of the job's responsibility is assistant work for the president in both professional and personal.
The other half of the job's responsibility is to assist the two person Development team.
The ideal candidate can write decks, shoot/record/edit casting reels, maintain development report.
The perfect candidate can do the above and also edit sizzles.
There is room for growth and this position can ultimately become full-time development but that won't come until projects are developed and sold.
