Busy TV production company that has been in business for 20+ years is looking to hire a Development coordinator or Manager to join the team! We are looking for a self-starter that LOVES television and has lots of new ideas to contribute. At least 1-2 years experience in unscripted TV development is necessary. Jobs duties include supporting the development staff with research, cold calling, and finding new ideas for cable networks that include both formats and undiscovered talent (i.e. Animal Planet, NG Wild, History, Discovery, Travel, Food, HGTV, Science, ID, Oxygen, etc.). Ability to skype with talent is necessary. Writing up one-page presentations helpful as well. We are a great group that loves to collaborate and brainstorm and want to find someone who "gets it."
