Looking for aggressive, self motivated development producer who is good with research, phone calls, social media casting etc. We are looking for someone to start up quickly. We are developing and working with networks: History Channel, Discovery, Science, Travel Channel, Investigation Discovery, and A&E and want to add a smart go getter to the team.
Would like someone with experience developing shows. Candidates must have shot, and produced their own sizzle reels, or projects. Looking for a confident producer who has a lot of energy, who can handle leadership and responsibility and who can be productive working from home during the Covid quarantine. There's a lot of opportunity to work with the heads of the company, grow with the company, and take on more responsibility.
Job will be working from home during for the indefinite future until the entire team comes back into the office. At that point the candidate would work from our Van Nuys office with the rest of the development team.
Ideal candidate has shooting and editing background and is a self motivated person, who can grow with the company. This person will be in charge of creating new show concepts, working with the Company partners to develop and pitch.
Ideal candidate can Skype, shoot, edit, and write up treatments.
