I am looking for a director of photography to shoot on site and interviews for a feature length documentary: "Let's Figure It Out - California's Affordable Housing Challenge."
I anticipate about 10-15 days, with possibility of travel once to Northern California. Please let me know your rates, your availability this summer and fall, and your style. I seek minimal but good lighting. I will also be hiring a sound person and shoots would be just three of us with social distancing responsibly.

We are looking for a DP with full camera/lighting package who can also run sound for an interview and some reality over a day in the MEMPHIS, TN area, and could really use your help! Our Producers will be working remotely from Los Angeles, and we need a solid DP/Operator on the ground.

This shoot will take place over 1 day in MEMPHIS, TN. Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation and be able to work as a local. Lodging is negotiable for the right candidate.

Due to the pandemic, our company has strict guidelines with shoots, including scaling back crew sizes. This will be a 3-person crew - DP and 2 Production Assistants (big plus if you have someone you've worked with that you'd like to bring with you). One PA will serve to assist you with setup/strike, and making the usual daily runs. The second PA will serve as the interface between yourself and our Producers back in Los Angeles, via Zoom or FaceTime.

As for equipment, we are looking for someone who owns at least 1 camera (preferably Sony FS7) and a decent lighting package. If you have a second camera available as well, let’s discuss bringing that on as a possible second angle.

Our standard kit includes the following:

1 FS7 Body

Canon 18-80mm zoom lens (or something equivalent)

Canon 16-35mm lens (or equivalent)
Canon 70-200mm lens (for sit down interview long lens style)
1 tripod
1 set of Teradek
1 Director’s monitor
Laptop
2 mic setups (we use Sennheiser G3, but whatever works)

4 Litepanel 1x1 Astra lights (dimmable, Bi-Color)

4 light stands

Misc grip stuff (road rags, duvetine, cardellinis)

Given the circumstances, you don't necessarily have to have exactly the same package, but just to give a general idea of what we're looking for.

As noted above we would also need you to run sound via Lavs and on-board mic.

Seeking a DP/Camera operator in the Seattle, WA-area with unscripted/reality project experience for a two-day sizzle/pitch reel shoot.

We would like this person to come with their own gear. A Sony FS-7 or similar. Basic light kit for sit downs, lav mics, etc. If you have a drone, we would certainly build in time to capture drone footage which could really help elevate the project.

You will be accompanied by a producer for this two-day shoot which will involve creating packages for several characters.

Non-scripted production company is seeking a talented and highly experienced Director of Photography / Camera Operator with great reality television network credits for a new, non-scripted show. Must be able to move quickly and bring a high-end look to the show, utilizing inventive camera-work and a variety of camera equipment.

Candidate must be comfortable with the multi-camera shooting process, as well as the limited lighting and fast pace of the docu-follow style format.

We are assembling a crew of camera operators for a sit down panel discussion outdoors. Must have Sony FS7s, lens kit etc. Must be professional courteous and safe.

Seeking a DP/producer (along with a 2nd shooter/drone op) for a Discovery Channel Shark Week special filming in Hilton Head Island, SC over 2 dates in March. Since filming is entirely aboard a 26' fishing vessel, and we are entirely at the mercy of the weather, the exact shoot dates are TBD but could be as early as March 2nd. The hope is to get weather decent enough for two consecutive days on the water. As local a team as possible is preferred since notice to shoot may be short.

Interested candidates must be comfortable filming aboard a boat all day, leaving before dawn. Ultimately the crew is limited to only 2 due to size of the boat and the 4 talent. The team of 2 will be responsible for shooting and managing audio, and ideally have the ability to do some drone work. Sony cameras preferred such as FS7s or A7s.
