Scorpion Marketing is seeking a 3-person crew for a corporate production happening for across (2) around December 14th-15th, 2023. The crew will be setting up interviews taking place at a law firm office for a series of FAQ-style and bio videos. Additionally, we will need dynamic footage for B-roll material. The three person team is expected to handle two cameras, audio, and lighting with professional, commercial quality. Ideally, the crew member is made up of 2 shooters and one audio engineer.

Crew members that are local in the area will be prioritized - Please note that the offer is the total compensation offer for all three crew members. Lastly, lunch for this production will not be provided or coordinated by Scorpion at this time. We kindly ask the local crew to account for their own meal break as a video production coordinator will not be on site.

Required equipment:

2 Matching Cameras (4K or UHD)
Lenses (at least 35mm & 50mm)
Slow Motion Capabilities (60FPS or higher) for B-Roll
Stabilizer (such as a Ronin for B-Roll)
Audio (Minimum of 1 Lav and 1 Shotgun Mic)
Lighting (minimum 3-Point Lighting Kit, prefer extra lights for BG)
Professional-Grade Cards for capture DIT System to backup and archive footage (Hard Drives and Laptop).

Scorpion will send out SSD Hard Drives (Pair) for DIT and footage delivery. Footage will be expected to be loaded up onto Drive A, duplicated on Drive B, and then both drives Fed-Exed back to Scorpion using our corporate account. Once the integrity and completeness of footage are verified, payment will be completed.

Looking for a DP for a shoot Washington, DC to shoot in a studio for a documentary on Funk Music.

Potential candidate would have their own gear (looking to shoot with 2 cameras, have lenses, monitors, tripods, etc). Any additional gear would be a plus (lighting, etc)

It would be ideal for the DP to come with local crew recommendations as the company is traveling for this shoot. We are in need of a sound op, DIT/AC, PA, and a gaffer.

Expertise with shooting docustyle interviews and live music performances is preferred.

Looking for a Philadelphia based DP who is comfortable working on a skinny crew.

The gig is a simple interview set-up which will last around an hour and the rest of the day will be used to shoot B-Roll which will play over the top of the interview set up. We already have a cam-op from our internal team who will be joining on the shoot and we will be bringing our internal light kit which includes an aperture to key and a couple of others to use as we see fit. (along with stands, sandbags, duv, etc)

We'll need someone experienced with advanced multi-camera sit-down interview setups. Experience using a Danadolly or comparable slider system is preferred. Please provide samples of work that showcase your use of lighting and lens choices.

Must be able to work as a local to the Austin area as we'll be filming in the Domain.

Looking for an experienced DP who has significant reality experience. Bonus points if you have a camera and lighting package available for rent. Ideally looking to shoot FX9 or FS7 - three cameras.

We'll need someone experienced with Single and Multicam exterior/interior OTF interviews as that will be the entirety of what will be shot.
