We are looking to bring on a Director of Post-Production to our Animation Studios team, who will lead in the building and management of all post production, and delivery of animated content.

Reports to: Head of Studio

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of the editorial staff and facilities
Hiring and supervision of editorial staff
Review and approval of delivery specs as well as interface with the keepers of the portals
Selection and management of all post production vendors including but limited to vfx, sound design & mixing, voice recording & editorial
Processing of all post related PO’s & invoices
Coordinate and support editors for Creative services & Audience Development
Manage live action space and equipment

Basic Qualifications:
BS or BA degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of post production management experience in an animation studio
Knowledge of editorial software & hardware as well as editorial workflow
Basic knowledge of the 2D animation pipeline with an outsourcing to Asia component
Strong oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
Good organizational strategic aptitude
Proficiency with MS Office and Google suite
