Looking for a well-rounded Production Assistant who has experience supporting small crews. Ideal candidate doesn’t need to have a wealth of experience, just organized and ready to get the job done. We are looking for someone who has experience with basic PA duties: lunch orders, crew travel, fire watching, trash sweeps, etc.

We are a small crew with a light foot print, so it would be great to have someone that takes initiative in small things that need to get done.

Rate is $250 / 12 and we will have a Production vehicle for any runs.

Looking to hire a seasoned LP for a first season docu-series in the Houston area.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows
- Working knowledge of labor laws and
- Understanding of Music licensing, as the production will shoot live bands performances and will need to ensure we have all necessary licenses
- Strong communicator that is direct and purposeful in all communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and ready to adapt to change
- Team player, able to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with both creative and production teams
- Detailed, organized and experienced with cost tracking, budget management and working with various departments to stay on budget and schedule

Missouri-based commercial video company looking for 2 production assistants for a commercial shoot. $300 for first day (full day) and $200 for the next day (half day)

This is a simple, comedic spot being filmed at a gas station exterior.

NYC based production company seeks Full Time Line Producer for upcoming Amazon documentary project. Position would potentially start as early as May 6th and run through roughly late July/early August. Applicant must be local to NYC. Documentary Production experience preferred, but not required. While most work will be remote, some travel may be involved. Travel expenses to be covered by production.

Over two days, we're capturing an industrial video to support a software company. We will be moving between several locations, so private transport is required. It should be a blast!
