Your New Role...

Our Short Haul Drivers support the Flagship Harry Potter store operations, by driving store orders *** ween our New Jersey warehouse and our Flagship Harry Potter store in the Flatiron district of NYC.Our goal is to improve support to the store, improving the frequency, efficiency, and timing of deliveries.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Collect orders from our warehouse.Making sure trailers are efficiently and safely packed.
• Drive orders to the store in a timely and efficient way, making sure to comply with any local regulations surrounding deliveries.
• Deliver stock to store.Report any discrepancies to the Store and Warehouse Management teams.
• Responsible for gas and basic maintenance to vehicles.This includes any appropriate vehicle checks and records.

• Adhere to all H&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and the public.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Valid New Jersey Driver's License with clean record.
• Class A license preferred, not required
• Must be able to drive a 26 FT M2 Class C Box Truck with a GVWR of 26,000 LBS
• Well organized and focused.
• Able to prioritize workloads.
• Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
• Maintain minimal shrinkage through the efficient handling of deliveries.

Your New Role

This DO Specialist is part of WBD's Talent Acquisition organization. You will be responsible for supporting the Diversity Outreach team with amplifying and communicating WBD's brand identity with diverse communities and target populations (inclusive of BIPOC, women, Veteran, LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities), as well as identifying, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on diversity hiring data and market trends.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary employer branding and data analytics contact for the DO team
• Maintain data on competitive and emerging trends in diversity hiring and recruitment practices
• Collaborate with the E&I teams to review diversity hiring gap areas and challenges
• Research and recommend strategic and effective partnerships with external networks and target organizations to attract, engage, develop, and retain diverse talent communities
• Work with the Sourcing and Recruitment teams to ensure talent prospects are progressing through candidate funnel
• Support functional recruiters and sourcers in building diverse candidate pipelines at all stages of the hiring process
• Partner with sourcing and analytics team to ensure reports are aligned to key metrics and performance indicators
• Create and maintain Diversity Outreach das *** ards, reporting and metrics
• Develop pre and post event communications to continuously engage talent prospects
• Partner with TA Employer Branding to obtain relevant IP content/sizzles/images to be showcased at functional events
• Support special projects, research, analytics, and industry benchmarking

The Role / Job Summary

WBD streaming is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to drive retention initiatives within the Growth organization. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and partner product teams to build and launch effective retention strategies for the Max streaming service. This role requires the ability to closely analyze data to identify current trends and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with partners to design, prioritize, and launch critical features and experiments globally.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on retention, including KPIs and key drivers that i *** uence retention.
  
• Translate product vision and customer experiences into requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization from development to launch.
  
• Be the customer-expert and solve customer problems; be fully knowledgeable of pain points experienced by customers and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Own continuous reporting and analytics on performance & metrics, including post-project release impact reports, leading to actionable plans and results.
  
• Launch and deploy experiments and measure the impact to KPIs.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
  
• Experience working on and launching consumer facing experiences (preferably global).
  
• Experience developing consumer facing experiences across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, connected TV).

Your Role Accountabilities

• Write coverage on a wide range of material for potential projects such as scripts, books, and articles that are submitted to the studio
  
• Create and maintain lists/grids of available actors, writers, and directors for current and future projects and distribute them to necessary groups
  
• Cover desks of executives, including rolling calls and scheduling meetings
  
• Track competitive projects
  
• Help with research on our projects currently in development
  
• Watch clips, dailies, and rough cuts of our projects in production (including attending test screenings, when possible)
  
• Watch films from up and coming filmmakers
  
• Shadow each current executive/assistant on a weekly basis
  
• Listen in on calls, pitches, and staff meetings and take network notes

Your New Role

Provide high quality, comprehensive support to the WBD International Content Distribution Legal & Business Affairs team (currently five members located in Burbank) and contribute to providing excellent ser *** to legal team's international clients, with an emphasis on Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Document Management: Receive, sort and distribute mail, email, digital and physical documents, and courier packages; prepare execution copies and e-signature requests. Distribute legal documents digitally and by hard copy, liaising with clients for quick signature turnaround. Accurately manage and organize digital and paper records, legal documents and correspondence using various department database/document management systems, including iManage, Sharepoint, eDOCS, and Box. Send and retrieve archived records from, and maintain organization of, onsite and offsite storage facilities.

• Document Preparation: Draft, revise, produce, and scan correspondence, memoranda, contracts, reports, certificates and other documents and materials under supervision of the legal team. Revise markups of agreements, run redline comparisons and distribute to both internal and external parties as needed. Proof documents for grammatical and typographical errors. Monitor receipt of signed documents and follow up with legal team on any outstanding paperwork (including reminders on updates needed to individual legal team workplans on an as-needed basis).

• Research Support: Conduct research into sales history and program rights using proprietary company databases and reviewing agreements.

• Administrative Support: Coordinate occasional on-site visits for internal and external clients. Process expense reports and reimbursement for legal team from time to time. Set up meetings (including arranging conference rooms and catering) in connection with divisional legal, sales, and strategy activities from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.

OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the overall coordination of the Dispatch Center operation including supervising three full-time clerks.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Answers and responds to all incoming production and tenant ser *** calls in a "help-desk" environment
• Generate Ser *** Orders and radio dispatch ser *** and emergency calls to appropriate Facilities trades
• Schedules staff to ensure adequate coverage for phone duties from 6am - 7pm, Monday - Friday

• Ensure that follow up and status of calls are completed in accordance with department policy

• Oversees staff to ensure proper input of Dispatch Center customer requests in STAR, and Facilities Maintenance work orders in Maximo
• Supervises clerks (listening to calls) to ensure professionalism and compliance with established procedures
• Monitors quality and quantity of work performed by the Dispatch Center staff, evaluating policies and procedures.
• Recommends new or modified procedures and/or training are required based on actual calls received
• Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly Maximo reports are generated and distributed
• Processing and distribution of production call sheets daily to designated departments and individuals
• Maintenance and distribution of the Hot Lock list for stages
• Implementation and oversight of quality control measures
• Works closely with direct supervisor on training, developing and motivating direct reports, conducts annual performance reviews
