Seeking experienced Editor for a narrative feature for an award-winning director’s 6th film. Past projects have screened and won awards at prominent international festivals, including Sundance and Palm Springs, and have enjoyed world-wide distribution and streaming on multiple platforms, including Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu.

Work would begin late July 2023, and run roughly 15 weeks.

Candidate will be working closely alongside the director in person, and should be enthusiastic about creative collaboration and ready to bring their own ideas into the room.

Project is a SAG Ultra-Low Budget production, and Editor must be local to NYC. This is an opportunity to join an experienced team on a quality creative project.

We are looking for an avid editor for a HGTV show from 6/12-7/1 and again starting 7/24-8/18.

We need an editor to cut a true-crime sizzle for a Brazilian audience. Experience in crime and editing sizzle reels a plus. Must speak Portuguese and English.

This is a weekly rate. Short term gig only should last 2 weeks max. Negotiable based on experience.

This packages consist of a Full Video (2+ Min - 5+ Min), Condensed (60 sec - 90 sec), Condensed Vertical (60 sec - 90 sec), Promo Edit (15 sec).

Anything over the 3 Edits a Week is paid out at $350 per edit.

Looking to for editors able to work in-person in our Culver City office that have strong reels of General/Lifestyle work. *Must have a significant reel with good brands*

Premiere pro is the system of choice, After Effects, Flame, and Resolve experience a bonus.

Seeking an Avid editor with true crime experience, bonus if it's Oxygen. Remote post workflow.

Rate: $750/10 - $780/10 depending on true crime credits.

TMZ is looking for a Editor to work in our fast-paced, TV news production environment. This role is responsible for editing content for multiple television shows as well as other creative projects. The Editor prepares and edits video procured from multiple sources for broadcast and website publication. It is vital for this person to be an engaging storyteller, who can produce (preditor) and piece together interesting stories within extremely tight daily deadlines. Must be highly proficient with Adobe Premiere, a Mac and PC user, and should be comfortable with basic aspects of computing, including Slack, MS Office Suite and navigating the internet. This position reports into the Supervising Producer and is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Produce and edit video content daily with Adobe Premiere (with editorial sense/judgment/direction)
• Cut and export video images in Photoshop
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Experience working on a television show (news, broadcast, cable, daytime talk, reality, etc.) is preferred
• A strong interest in entertainment celebrity news, preferred
• 3-5 years of video editing experience required
• Adobe Premiere and Photoshop – advanced skill-level required
• Must be a team player who can work simultaneously with different departments on multiple projects
