Executive Assistant / Receptionist
On-Site Training (Paid): November 29, 2021 through December 3, 2021
Term: January 3, 2022 through April 4, 2022
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation Range: $18-$20/hour (Dependent upon experience)
Location: Denver, CO (southeast)

We're looking for a highly organized, polished individual with executive support experience who can juggle multiple demands with ease. Communication and organization are key to this highly visible, high-impact position with our Denver-based client, a television production company.
This is an office-based position. Applicants must be able and willing to work full time in an office setting.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Manage extensive executive calendar requirements for executive group; scheduling detailed multi-party meetings, maintain departmental calendars as needed.
• Make complex travel arrangements for executive staff as needed.
• Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once.
• Answer executive phones from high level network executives and talent.
• Greet guests and assist them in location their meetings.
• General workspace upkeep to maintain clean/organized appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
Covid-19 duties to include:
• Taking temperatures of all employees and guests prior to entry
• Assisting employees and guests as needed in filling out QR-Code Health Questionnaire
Skills and Qualifications:
• College Degree.
• Prior experience as Executive Assistant strongly preferred.
• Professional, friendly demeanor; comfortable dealing directly with high-level clients.
• Highest degree of integrity and discretion required; diplomatic, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Diligent with a high attention to detail and adept at multitasking.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively manage complex business travel itineraries and logistics.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet dates and timelines.
• Outstanding organizational, administrative and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities, all with minimal direction/supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive, flexible attitude in an intense, deadline-driven environment.
