Executive Coordinator Position:
Emmy-award winning television production company is looking for an Executive Coordinator. The Executive Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to day scheduling for the president of development and the CEO. This individual will report to both the CEO and President, and work independently and collaboratively to schedule pitches and ongoing projects with various partners, agencies, and networks. An ideal candidate has experience in the entertainment industry and a strong interest in scripted and unscripted content in all formats including podcasts. They will have excellent organizational skills, inter-personal skills, the ability to prioritize when scheduling projects, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent administrative support; i.e. scheduling meetings, organizing documents, submitting expenses, answering phones, etc.
• Actively support the CEO of company, the president of development, and various partners in production.
• Track and monitor daily meetings for executive and president, keep them informed of upcoming commitment and responsibilities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel stays.

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Pages, Internet savvy)

• Able to multi-task and work well with others
• Discretion and integrity
• At ease in fast-paced and changing work environment
• Knowledge and interest in the television/entertainment industry
• Prior experience in entertainment and with assisting executives preferred
