As a Content Manager, you will handle the creation and sustainment of the source content supporting *** Parks, Experiences, and Products, or what we refer to as DPEP! You will have accountability for the operation by maintaining the on-the-job training operational procedures and learning content. You will also be accountable for ensuring content meets compliance requirements and established standards and proactively handle content and ownership for quality and accuracy. We use various software programs to build and distribute content to user groups. Additionally, you will lead a team of hourly employees.

What You Will Do:- You will manage and own the process and resources for the creation and revision of Operating Guidelines and supporting learning content, including distribution and approval in various outputs. Educate and lead partners on content development and revision processes
- Supervise your team in the creation and maintenance of operational procedures and learning content
- Ensure timelines are adhered to, deadlines are met, and keep all appropriate parties informed of project status in a timely manner. Track work using various tracking tools
- Lead various meetings with DPEP partners to ensure consensus
- Partner with the operations training points of contact and line of business leaders to settle timelines, implementation dates, content delivery methods, and strategy. Provide consultation and i *** uence to internal partners
- Facilitate Job and Task Analysis to support the operational procedures and content development process
- Ensure content is in alignment and configuration meets regulatory site requirements as well as internal standards
Required Qualifications & Skills- Project Management Experience
- Demonstrated technical writing experience
- Previous Leadership Experience
- Highly proficient in PC functions, including Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Visio and photo editing software
Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Required
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or technical writing, project management- Preferred
- Experience in theme park operations preferred

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
