ABOUT YOU: As the Associate Creative Director at As *** , you will play a pivotal role in driving our creative vision and elevating our brand through inspiring design and innovation. Working closely with the Executive Creative Director(s), you will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate across departments to deliver world-class creative solutions that resonate with our audience.
YOUR DAY-DAY:- Represent the front-line of the creative process and are maintain the quality of our offerings
- Work directly with brand clients, *** agencies, client services team to develop and pitch ideas
- Solicit input from the full creative team and manage a collaborative brainstorm sessions to bring the best pitch to the forefront
- Articulate concepts clearly and concisely - through prose, mood board development, and script-writing for pitch reels
- Support the production team during project production, providing creative oversight, writing support and guidance, helping in seeing through the full reality of the concept from pre-sale to delivery
- Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director to shape and execute the creative vision for the company. Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Generate and develop creative concepts and ideas that align with brand and client objectives, target audience, and project goals.
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and design across all channels.
- Work closely with marketing, partner solutions, sales, and other teams to ensure creative work is aligned with overall business objectives and timelines.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all creative assets adhere to the brand's identity and values.
- Review and approve creative materials, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure the highest quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into our creative work.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and present creative solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Production to manage creative project budgets effectively.
- Monitor the performance of creative projects, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to refine future campaigns
YOU HAVE:- 5+ years' experience in a professional creative roll/ writing capacity with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and design excellence.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- True enthusiasm for the pitch process. You have direct experience in presenting to clients and brands and receiving feedback that can elevate the work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, Fine Arts, Film, Public Relations, Advertising or Marketing.
- Outstanding creativity and strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with experience working in a client-ser *** capacity with brands.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication including:
- Excellent copy writing and editing skills in English and Spanish;
- Finesse in presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Keynote.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced supportive environment and manage/juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.
- Understanding of the U.S. Hispanic audience.
- Experience in advertising with a filmmaking/storytelling approach with an eye for branded content
- Talent for facilitating the creative process with ability to distill multiple ideas from a variety of sources into one, clearly described creative concept.
- Ability to direct is a plus.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:- Willing to work from our New York or Miami offices, and travel as needed for productions

Base pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits
