As the Director of Digital *** Marketing, you will take charge of crafting and driving innovative campaigns that push boundaries and captivate audiences across the digital landscape. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the strategy, production and delivery of all paid digital *** deliverables including custom *** programs, paid social, video distribution, and high-impact units/display banners
- Work with *** agency and *** partners on the digital plan strategy and provide creative direction for planned programs
- Ideate on first-to-market opportunities and deliver big creative ideas that break-through in a cluttered, competitive consumer landscape. Take bold swings with ideas grounded in strategy and insights.
- Develop and implement websites, mobile apps, games, AR/VR, contest & sweepstakes, AI driven initiatives, and stunted digital activations
- Identify, manage, and measure paid creator/i *** uencer branded content campaigns. Collaborate with agency and creator on overall concept and creation of the piece.
- Manage screenings and pop-up creator events and red carpet creator coverage, in partnership with social *** platform partners.
- Lead team maintenance of digital video rotation and related A/V deliverables for paid *** placements across the web.
- Produce and maintain theatrical websites and branded ticketing destinations.
- Supervises direct reports who aide in the production of the display *** , custom *** programs, and creator/i *** uencer campaigns
- Serve as a liaison across marketing divisions, including International digital, *** , publicity, brand, partnerships, exhibitor relations, and research, with a focus on leading collaborative cross-divisional initiatives.
- Ensures and clears all digital projects with internal legal counsel
- Manages the digital marketing campaign budgets to ensure project costs stay within limits, accurate figures are reported to finance team and vendors are compensated.
- Leads team efforts to formulate digital marketing strategies including sell-through to internal stake holders and vetting projects for feasibility and cost
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing within film, *** /entertainment, creative agency, or closely related categories
Additional Qualifications: - Strong understanding of how to ideate, build and finesse best-in-class digital campaigns
- Deep knowledge of the ever-evolving paid *** landscape
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal finesse, presentation skills and comfort working with groups
- Expertise in digital video and social platform standard processes, and identifying unique creative opportunities across various digital platforms, along with understanding of traditional creative
- Understanding of paid social & digital programs/placements/partners, as part of planning a comprehensive social & digital strategy.
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-starter
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and internet software
- Experience with editing, music, graphics, AV Creative
- A love for entertainment, movies and storytelling!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 138,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
