Support Showrunner to write episode act breakdowns, storyboards, detailed shot lists, beat sheets, interview questions, etc, as needed.

Take story notes and compile those notes into a cohesive document for post production

Communicate daily with EP, Design Producer and GC to ensure renovation progress is being filmed.

Assist in updating calendars for production and construction

Work with the design team to ensure we have all props and project materials for all scenes.

Oversee Associate Producer.

Work with the AP in locking in location shoots.

Assist the team to ensure they are gathering all Network deliverables

Collaborate with PM/EP to create a daily shoot schedule.

Oversee GoPro management as needed to ensure all build progress is covered

Oversee management of all homeowners and business owners throughout the course of the renovations.

Renovation Experience Preferred

Seeking a Field Producer based anywhere in the US for a small independent documentary following Southeast Asians in American politics. Travel costs are covered, travel is involved to a few different states.
Schedule is sporadic, over the course Sept-Nov 2024, leading up to the election. Approx 10-15 shoot days.

MUST have field experience working on a verite documentary or documentary series, must be a pro-active, team player!

Experience and interest in political projects a plus!

We are a Stamford, CT-based production company looking for a talented and dedicated Field Producer to join our team for a home renovation show, with a start date in mid to late September. This role is half office based and half field based.

Responsibilities include prepping shoots and fieldwork all across the USA. Office responsibilities include; prepping talent, sourcing and clearing locations, liaison between talent and office.
Field responsibilities include; building shoot schedule, producing talent and story, delivering hot sheets. The rate is $2300 and negotiable based on experience.

The Role:
The Esports Production team is focused on delivering amazing fan experiences through our global events and regional competitions. Our professional and semi-professional competitive tiers in League of Legends, VALORANT, and other Esports involve thousands of players and hundreds of organizations competing every week.
The Associate Events Producer (AP) position is an integral position for our LCS and VCT products. You will be the main point of contact between the Event Producer to the Event Staff, including scheduling, budget management, cross-team collaboration, the conception of the events, and travel logistics.


Responsibilities:
AP will work on our Season Splits/Stages at Riot Games Arena and our Roadshow Events. The following responsibilities will be:
AP works with Event Producer to accommodate other department needs, including but not limited to hotel blocking, city guidance protocols, Event Staff assignments/credentialing, Arena F&B, Arena Signage (outside arena and concourse), Event Staff List Management and Check-in logistics for the whole event.
AP works with Event Producer to coordinate on-site activations, from conception to execution, and adjusts when necessary for safety or timing concerns. AP assists with the Fan Day / Activations at our Live Events. This includes all sponsorship requirements and teams activating in the activation space.

AP works with the Player Management team to support the following: Pro Team Travel Management, Hotel Accommodations, Ground Transportation, Player Room requirements are met from tech to F&B, Visas (if needed), Credentialing, and support where needed. AP works with Player Management to devise and implement the protocol for fan interactions, fan photo ops with talent, and the safety of guests/talent during these activations.
AP collaborates with Hype Team for in-person Swag giveaways, including managing the design process, merch creation/fabrication, and transportation/allocation of Swag items per segment.
AP collaborates with the Business Partnership Team & Press Team around all respective partners while onsite at Riot Live Events, including fan facing activations, partner obligations, and Meet & Greet coordination.
AP handles audience load-in to the venue and makes sure proper fire code is followed, bottlenecks in queuing and entry are reduced, and security is fully aware of protocol for entry to the event.
AP handles communication with the internal Riot team and security throughout the show to ensure attendees, talent, and crew are all safe for the duration of the event, along with having a full run of the show in a reasonable amount of notice to all necessary stakeholders.
AP curates and manages After Party needs for internal Riot Crew
AP manages disclaimers to the audience regarding the show, announcements made on-site, questions, concerns, frustrations/delights of guests, and any emergencies that develop during the event.
AP coordinates feedback surveys and forms to better provide fans a greater experience after every event.


Required Qualifications:
Three to Five years of live event experience coordinating multiple teams and vendors (talent, ushers, security).
Experience working a live event for 6-60k attendees while being broadcast internationally to tens of millions of viewers.
Esports immersion and understanding of the emergent field.




Desired Qualifications:
Communication skills to effectively work with other teams as an Events unit while under pressure in a live event/broadcast
Experience building templates in excel, google sheets, or Airtable/smart sheets, etc.
Attention to detail, cost tracking and budget consciousness are a must
