Previous true crime and/or Oxygen experience a big plus. Would love to hire an Atlanta local if possible, but open to traveling the right candidate.

Rate: $2400-2700/wk (DOE - specifically Oxygen) + $25 kit rental

Looking for a Field Producer to run a 1 day shoot for a home renovation show filming in Bethlehem, PA on 10/8. Day will involve revealing a completed home renovation project, walkthrough of the home, Interviews with talent, and Broll/Afters of the space. Series producers will work remotely and provide beat sheet.

Rate $600/12 + mileage

Reality/HGTV Style experience preferred.

We are seeking candidates for a Field Producer on a premium documentary series, set to begin pre-production in October of 2023. The Field Producer will be responsible for running production on set, managing the field crew and liaising with the Director and other Producers to help capture the best story. You must have a strong sense of story and an understanding of logistics and how best to implement both on-set. Candidate will need to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana approximately from October-March. Working local to Louisiana is a plus. Please provide a resume and at least two references when applying.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Being a team leader and creative voice to lead the productions on-set crew.
- Interface with talent to ensure we capture what is needed with them on set.
- Facilitate clear guidance and feedback to the field teams and communicate back to the post teams.
- Create and maintain schedules for shoot days and overall episode calendar (In conjunction with Talent Manager and Production teams).
- Efficiently utilize Story Assistant to maintain hot sheets and track story.
- Direct Cameras and Talent in the field.
- Splinter with a second unit, as necessary, to run multiple units alongside Series Director and Showrunner.

- Knowledge of and operating Sony professional cameras is a plus.

-Identify potential subjects for interviews and segments.
-Conduct research to gather background information on subjects, cases, and locations
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with subjects, witnesses, experts, and other relevant individuals.
-Manage on-location logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
-Work closely with DP to ensure that interviews are visually compelling and align with the show's creative vision.
-Build rapport and establish trust with subjects to elicit candid and meaningful responses during interviews.
-Assist in crafting interview questions and topics to uncover key details and insights..
-Handle any unexpected challenges or issues that may arise during field production.
-Collaborate with the post-production team to provide necessary materials and context for editing.
-Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal considerations when conducting interviews and handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Field Producer in the true crime space.
-Strong knowledge of true crime storytelling and a passion for the genre.
-Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with subjects and the production team.
-Ability to work in fast-paced and unpredictable environments.
-Proficiency in video production equipment and software is a plus.
-Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Seeking Associate Producers to join a series filming late October/early November in Atlanta. The project is a fun new fashion competition series. The job includes:

Overseeing contestants (this involves sending talent their schedules, filming info, tracking their movements, etc.)
Taking field notes
Helping produce on the floor & track story
Segment logistics & location outreach (with support from the production management staff)

Competition experience is a huge plus. MUST be local to Atlanta. The shoot will involve a lot of moving parts so we are looking for candidates that are GREAT with talent and helping coordinate their movements.

Will be around 8 weeks of work (6 weeks prep / 2 weeks shoot).
