Award Winning Production Company seeking is seeking an experienced Field Production Manager local to Portland Maine.
Our Producers, Director and DP will be traveling to Portland, Maine for a shoot.
Field PM Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating and communicating between Office LP/ PM Team and Field Team
- Have a roster for Local Crew Hires and Vendors
- Managing Crew on Set
- Building Call Sheets
- Coordinating Logistics
- Finding and Scouting Locations
- Securing Film Permits
- Managing Production Assistants
- Overseeing crew meals and scheduled breaks
- Tracking / Reporting wrap times
- Sourcing Local Rentals and Managing/Troubleshooting Production Gear and equipment issues
- Handling Petty Cash and receipts in the field
- Plus, all additional duties that are applicable
Job Estimate: 10 total days (prep+shoot+wrap)
Estimate dates: May 1-24
Rate: $500/day
