Rockstar Food Stylist needed for one of a kind cooking recreation segments in Los Angeles. Expectations include studying recipes, video and photos in advance to replicate in exact detail certain elements of a dish for an in-depth cooking recreation segment. Looking for someone who can shop in advance, prep the foods at home, bring items to set ready to cook then execute cooking in a studio environment. Extensive knowledge/skill at frying and deep frying is a must for this position.

Position works one week in mid August and one week in mid September.

Seeking candidates for Culinary Production Assistant on a major network television show. This position is for individuals with a culinary background interested in the world of culinary TV.

This job requires knowledge of ingredients, kitchen tools, plate ware, and know-how on where to source. The main Duties of this position include:

-Shopping for ingredients, plate ware, tools, and appliances at culinary warehouses & grocery stores
-Assisting with food prep alongside culinary producers as needed
-Light general kitchen maintenance (cleaning, dishwashing)

Ideal candidates should be able to work cooperatively, comfortably, and in an organized fashion in a fast paced environment. Candidates should be team players with a love of food, a strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills.
