Looking for a gaffer to help our small, verité documentary team on interview days. Day playing throughout the series as available. Will not be shoot in studio or green screen, but live locations TBD without much control. Open to someone with gear or can rent from local vendor.

We have a shoot happening on 11/28 just outside of Chicago. This will be in a tech/robotics facility with a mix of interviews and dynamic b-roll shots. Expecting a 8-10 hour day for this. Let us know if you have additional lighting or G&E equipment for this and how pricing works for that.

We are looking for a Gaffer for our mini-documentary shoot.
We are interviewing Veterans in the Las Vegas area and sharing their stories on the Department of Veterans Affairs website.
Setup is standard talking-head interview, 2 cameras, with some segments shot in compelling locations around Vegas.
Only the interview setup needs complex lighting.

Friday, 12/08 will be our pre-light and prep day,
Saturday, 12/09 will be our sole shoot day.

Shoot is non-union,
$550 for 12 hours of labor. Standard 8 hour, 4 hour OT breakdown
Mileage included for car use between Call and Wrap.

Hey everyone,

We're on the hunt for a gaffer for an upcoming short film in NYC. It mostly takes place in one location, and you'll be working under a fantastic DP who's a graduate from AFI. Seeking those experience in scripted.

If you have your own 2 or 3 Ton package, we're open to renting from you. If so, please send me an inventory list of what you have, as well as a gaffer reel if applicable.

$250/12 + equipment rental

Gaffer needed for 17 days for feature length film. Start date November 29th. Preference to Orange County NY locals.

Gaffer for Reality/Stage competition television show. Rates negotiable depending experience.

We have a trade show on January 29th and are looking for a gaffer/grip to assist with lighting a small wine/spirits bottle shot setup we are building on the trade show floor. The applicant will be responsible for working directly with the DP to light the scene accordingly to his direction.

They would help set up lighting on first show day, and then switch to camera in more of a first AC role simply to assist DP. All shots will be static, so there will not be much focus pulling, if any. We are looking for someone who has a small grip/lighting package available for rental, so please provide info on rates for that if interested.

Skycam Utility ($25/hr)
Will help with set up of equipment and Skycam camera
During the game, will watch the reels that suspend the skycam camera in the air. Will notify the engineer on site if the reel becomes loose and the engineer will come over and fix it.
Will strike after the game.
Requirements: Not afraid of heights and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Dates are Dec 1 (Set) and Dec 3 (Game)

Guaranteed min 5 hrs pay for set day, Guaranteed min 10 hrs pay for game day

o Will be assisting hand-held camera operators throughout the game

o Moderate to high cable coil management proficiency, MUST be able to Over/Under consistently in a high tempo environment behind a handheld camera throughout the show

o Assisting in tear down of compound post game

We are in need of an experienced grip/gaffer to help during a corporate Senior Leadership announcement.

This will be single interior location setup with minimal rigging required. Must have experience with Aputure lighting and Dana Dolly.

Must be able to work as a local to the Austin area as we'll be filming in the Domain.

Seeking electrician for small shoot taking place on private ranch outside of Tres Piedras near Taos. Ranch doesn't have house power so looking specifically for an electrician that can help determine generator needs to ensure we have proper power supplies for minimal lights, cameras, DIT, batteries, and electric heaters via generators and appropriate distro (not connecting generator to house panel). Position will also include setting up lights/stands helping lug cases, ESU and strike, potential fuel runs for generator(s).

Please include generator experience or general thought in cover letter.
